Blitzo is operated by Piston Software LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 312 W 2nd St Unit #A2299, Casper, WY 82601, United States. Phone: +1 914-387-7853. “We”, “us” and “our” in these terms mean Piston Software LLC.
You must be 18 or older and give us accurate details. One person, one creator account. Brands and agencies are responsible for everyone they add to their team and the permissions they give them.
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, puts other users at risk, or doesn't pay what it owes. We'll tell you why unless the law or an investigation stops us.
A brand sets the terms of a program: what creators earn, which products they can feature, the brief and the payout schedule.
Once a creator joins a program, their rates in that program are locked. A brand can't lower or change them for that creator. To offer different terms, the brand creates a new program and the creator decides whether to join it. Earnings already made always keep the rate they were made at.
A brand accepts a video by approving it, or by using it anywhere: as an ad, an organic post, on a website, in an email or anywhere else. Using or exporting a video without approving it still counts as acceptance and triggers payment.
Brands may ask for reasonable revisions as described in the brief. If a program sets a review period, videos not reviewed in time lapse and may be withdrawn by the creator.
Once a creator has earned something, we will only reverse it for:
Nothing else. Adjustments show up in the next payout cycle with the reason. Sales lost during a tracking outage are not back-credited automatically; brands are encouraged to send a bonus to make it right.
If you think a payout, charge, invoice or reversal is wrong, raise it in the app within 30 days of the payout or invoice date. After that it's treated as accepted. We may hold the disputed amount while we look into it, and we'll share what we find with both sides.
Creators keep ownership of everything they make. Creators may also show their work in their own portfolio.
For commission content, the brand gets a license to use the video only while it keeps paying the commission it agreed to. If payment stops and isn't cured within 14 days of notice, the license is suspended and live ads must come down within 5 business days. Program agreements can't add calendar-based usage limits to commission content.
For flat-fee content, the brand gets a permanent license once the fee is paid. No license exists before payment: until then brands can review, but not use, a video.
Brands must run creator content only through ad accounts connected to Blitzo, during the program and for 12 months after. Running it elsewhere counts as acceptance and is charged.
If you met through Blitzo, keep the work on Blitzo. For 12 months after a brand and creator (or a brand and agency) last worked together here, neither side may move that relationship off the platform to avoid fees or these terms. Sharing phone numbers or arranging direct payments in chat is blocked for the same reason.
Creators who refer another creator earn 10% of that creator's earnings for 365 days, paid by Blitzo, never deducted from the referred creator. Creators who refer a brand earn ₹2.5L if that brand reaches ₹50L in delivered, attributed sales within 365 days. Referrals are one level deep, only on real earnings, and self-referrals (same person, phone, PAN or UPI) are void.
Blitzo provides the platform as-is. We aren't responsible for ad-platform outages or decisions made by Meta, couriers or payment providers. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees we earned from you in the previous 3 months.
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app at least 14 days before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai having jurisdiction.
